The correspondent relationship brings 18 lawyers in Latin America\u2019s biggest economy to the Littler network.<\/span><\/p>\n

Littler, the world\u2019s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce a new correspondent counsel relationship with Chiode Minicucci, a leading labor and employment law firm comprised of 18 attorneys in Brazil.<\/p>\n

The Chiode Minicucci team will partner with all the members of Littler\u2019s global platform, which now includes a presence in 12 markets in Latin America and more than 1,500 attorneys across 24 countries. Littler recently announced an expansion into Spain, a move that further enhanced both the firm\u2019s European and Latin American capabilities \u2013 given the strong ties between the two regions.<\/p>\n

Chiode Minicucci is led by partners Daniel Domingues Chiode and Mar\u00edlia Nascimento Minicucci and has professionals in S\u00e3o Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and Bras\u00edlia. The firm represents management in both individual and class action litigation before Brazil\u2019s Regional Labor Courts, the Superior Labor Court and the Brazil Supreme Court. Chiode Minicucci also provides counsel on employment and labor law matters to companies in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, technology, aviation, insurance, infrastructure, energy and retail.<\/p>\n
