Our partner, Daniel Domingues Chiode, gave an interview to JOTA about the article "Number of labor complaints in the STF in 2024 increases 65% and is already the area with the highest demand."
Daniel stated that the increase in constitutional complaints on labor matters reflects, in part, a strategy by companies to ensure the effective application of STF jurisprudence, in the face of some resistance from some labor courts to comply with binding decisions, with particular emphasis on outsourcing.
He also highlighted that, despite the current boom in complaints, it is likely that, over time, the judgment mechanisms will adjust and achieve greater balance, reducing the tendency for distinctions made by the TST, regarding the decisions of the STF.
