Portuguese lawyer David Carvalho Martins, who holds a master's degree from the University of Lisbon School of Law and a doctorate from the University of Murcia (Spain), is a founding partner and director of DCM | Littler (Portugal).
David has advised clients specifically in the areas of tourism, culture, aviation, EoR and PEO, agriculture and aquaculture, industry, defense, private security, and information technology. He regularly provides preventive and contentious labor and employment legal advice to domestic and foreign companies, and represents and supports clients in restructuring, reorganization, and collective bargaining and bargaining procedures.
